METLE Construction is a luxury residential and commercial construction management company founded in 2003 by Francois Stocken and David Griffiths.

After a decade building in the capacity of Main Contractor and gaining valuable insight and experience into the country’s luxury, residential and commercial construction industry, Francois and David identified the need to provide a far more specialised, personal and pleasant building experience. Their vision to substantially reduce client risk, time and cost without compromising on quality and detail resulted in the birth of METLE Construction Project Management in 2003.

The METLE family was further complimented by a third partner, Natasha Northcote who provides sharp administrative expertise, supported by her office colleagues.

Today METLE remains one of South Africa’s most respected authorities in Luxury Residential and Commercial Construction Project Management, priding itself in a quality-driven, cost-controlled and relationship-orientated building experience for every taste and budget.
